Research and development
The analysis of the requests and the development for customer solutions are studied by our engineering team, with thirty years of experience in the industry and various collaborations with universities. We have an advanced chemical laboratory with materials analysis systems and calculation software that allows us to simulate the product behavior, by affecting the technical choices before proceeding to the design and mold phase.
Designs and molds
A careful design and a perfect mold are the basis for obtaining shapes and levels with excellent precision. All the molds are developed and produced completely in-house with new-generation multi-axis machines, managed by a constantly updated team.
Series production
From the design phase, the product is thought for future series production, with particular attention to production times and costs. Our robotic plants allow to combine reduced final costs with high quality levels, thanks to our process control systems (PCS).
